2008

ESCAP launches an industry first with its “Solutions” module built for retaining tacit staff knowledge thus helping deliver a more consistent guest experience.

ESCAP goes dual language with the introduction of Chinese language.

2012

ESCAP becomes the guest services, energy management and maintenance solution for over 150 IHG hotels

2014

Over 211users in 20 countries use ESCAP and M1 to provide guest services, manage asset value and reduce energy in their Hotels

2014

Sidekick was launched to provide guest services and asset management with enhanced mobility as a cloud solution

2015

Sidekick is chosen as the preferred Asset Management solution by the FRHI group.

2017

Accor Luxe hotels adopts Sidekick as their preferred Asset Management and Maintenance solution; especially in the Middle East, Europe and Americas
