 Meet The Team - The basis of our success

The Company Directors and owners of Q2 Solutions are actively involved in the day to day running of the business which ensures it maintains it's close to connection to the company's founding principles.

People are our most important asset and we continue to promote continual learning within our team to ensure our knowledge remains current and we are able to harness the benefits that changes in technology provides. We apply stringent recruitment processes to ensure we are able attract and recruit specialists in their area of expertise. Our team boasts a broad range of skills and people that deliver the drive, innovation and commitment that underpin our solution.

Zane Knight
(BE)
Managing Director & Director - Technical Services

Zane founded Q2 Solutions in 1998 with a desire to provide best of breed managements systems to the market. After having successfully launched the M1 (Maintenance One) product into the market, Zane headed the development team to create the ConnX application in 2002.

Having been involved in all aspects of the software market, from concept to delivery and beyond, Zane understands building relationships with clients are key to ensuring the on-going success of any business.

Today, with a network of highly talented team members and partners, Zane oversees all strategic partnerships and releases for the ConnX and M1 products, as well as ensuring the strategic goals of the company are met.


Brent Knight
(BE Hons 1, MBA, GAICD)
Director - Client Services

Joining the company in June 2006, Brent was charged with responsibility for implementation and support services for a new contract in Asia Pacific of over 200 hotels for a leading international hotel management company.

With hands on experiences performing a large number of system implementations himself, Brent redefined the Client Services department to not only satisfy the continuing growth in system implementations, but also create a centralised help desk support for all Asia Pacific clients.

Brent continues to be responsible for all Client Services operations including worldwide system implementations, support functions, new releases of software, training sessions, instructional designs and spends a large part of his day talking with clients about their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.


Billy Yue
(BIT Hons)
Software Services Manager – Asia Pacific

Billy is responsible for all new client installation and training within Asia Pacific and has a supervisory role for the Help Desk support of the same region. As part of his responsibilities, Billy works closely with each client to determine the most successful implementation methodology and then executing it to the satisfaction of the client.

Having a degree in Information Technology, previously working as an Associate Lecturer and having recently completed his Certificate IV Training & Assessment, Billy knows how to project manage and deliver interactive and effect training sessions so that our clients get the most out of the M1 system.
