Roles & Positions establishes a skills and qualifications framework which provides the
position and skills foundation to the four ConnX talent management modules. As well as
managing the organisational chart, Roles and Positions allows you to manage establishment
counts, budgeted salary, hours and position history.
Fully Integrated Talent Management System
As the Talent Management modules are integrated the full power of ConnX Talent Management
can be realised with all four modules.
Recruitment utilises the skills and qualifications from the role ensuring
consistency across the organisation with similar roles and allows the use of skills
matching to quickly identify quality candidates from both internal and external sources.
Position vacancies can be created or opened directly from the Positional Chart.
Performance Reviews has the ability to include Skills updates within the review
process to ensure Employee skills are always up to date. As well as supporting a climate
of continuous improvement, results from Performance Reviews can feed employee training and
development plans.

Learning and Education manages the training courses that allow
employees to obtain the skills they require to progress within the organisation. Once training courses are
completed successfully, the skills gained during the training are credited to the employee's skills register
and the organisation's capability framework extended.
Workforce Planning captures the skills required for positions
and those held by the employee in order to perform a skills gap analysis and prepare individual Performance
Development Plans.
