Employee Information at your Fingertips with ConnX ESP
Effective communication with employees is critical to achieving company strategy and engaging
your workforce. ConnX Employee Services Portal (ESP) underpins the suite of 8 modules providing
employees with on-line access to personal information, pay history, work schedules, bank details,
RDO and leave balances. Granting users update access to their own information, they are responsible
for maintaining its accuracy.
Leave Calendars Streamline Leave Planning
As well as providing access to employee information they can also view a leave calendar for their entire
department; at a glance they are able to review leave plans for other employees and incorporate their own
plans. ConnX provides full Leave Forecasting functionality which allows employees to easily determine
leave balances at any date in the future.
The Tasks and Reminders section assists employees to manage conflicting priorities and ensures they are
reminded as deadlines approach. The reminders can be triggered at user defined frequencies.
Reduce Employee Enquiries
ConnX ESP manages a complete history of leave, pay advices, payment summaries and previous employment.
The messaging capability allows employees to view and send messages to other employees. The System
Administrator determines whether messages are delivered via email or through the ConnX messages inbox,
or both.
Graphical Organisation Charts
The company organisation chart is also defined within Connx ESP. This chart is department based, providing
at a glance a graphical representation of your organisation.
